We cannot guarantee that a SMART meter will work consistently if you are in a poor network area. Developments relating to the UK's SMART meter connection infrastructure are being continuously implemented.

There is no need for you to take any action, but we always ask that you monitor your meter readings to ensure they are still being sent to us automatically. If your readings are not being send directly, please do get in touch.
You’re not currently eligible
Unfortunately, SMS engineers are not currently installing in your area. But don’t worry, we will continue to work closely with our SMART meter partner so we can offer appointments to more customers in the near future.
Whilst you still have traditional meters, please remember to submit regular meter readings to prevent estimated bills. We hope to get you SMART meters very soon!
